REPRESENTATIVE CASES 
In terms of data compliance and personal information protection, we help clients with drafting and updating guidelines for data compliance and consumer personal information protection, provide legal review of user agreements and privacy statements related to apps used by companies for commercial operations, and provide data security assessment of outbound transfer and full-stage legal services for the outbound transmission of important data and consumers' personal information generated in China involved in the data processing of multinational companies. Participated in the drafting of the "Guidelines for Data Compliance and Personal Information Protection Compliance".
 
In terms of intellectual property and trade secret protection, we has provided legal services for a number of listed companies on intellectual property and trade secret protection, anti-corruption investigation and labor compliance. Participated in the drafting of the "Guidelines for Intellectual Property Compliance for Trade Secret Protection", containing many practical cases and experience sharing.
