● Guangdong Yanyi Expressway Co., Ltd. v. Hunan Road and Bridge Construction Group Co., Ltd. Mr. Zeng urged the other party to perform the contract through the letter of guarantee dispute and arbitration, and it was finally tried to open the expressway in the same year as required by the Guangdong Provincial Government.
● A construction contract dispute between a construction group company in Guangdong and a college in Guangzhou. When the college was only willing to pay 3 million yuan for settlement, Mr. Zeng claimed more than 16 million yuan of losses for the party through litigation.
● A trade company in Guangzhou v. a trade company in Zhuhai infringed on the trademark right. In the case that another party has obtained the right to a similar trademark, Mr. Zeng made the court dismiss all the other party's claims according to law through the litigation strategy determined through discussion.
