[Chen 's Family Inheritance Dispute]
There are various heirs involved in the case and it is foreign-related. Mr. Liao represented one of the heirs. The inheritance lawsuit has already ended, but an outsider who has no inheritance right submitted a kinship certificate sealed by a public security organ to file a retrial lawsuit for the inheritance case. Mr. Liao sued a public security organ on behalf of the heir, overturned his sealed kinship certificate, and finally won the lawsuit, breaking the purpose of illegal inheritance by outsiders in the case, which well safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of the client.
