●As the head of the Bankruptcy Liquidation and Restructuring Department at Zhuoxin Law Firm, responsible for handling court-appointed cases as a bankruptcy administrator or liquidation group, including bankruptcy liquidation, restructuring, compulsory liquidation, and bankruptcy-related litigation. Successfully resolved numerous cases involving state-owned "zombie" enterprises, joint venture liquidations, and large-scale private enterprise bankruptcies.
●Acted as legal counsel and representative for debtors in debt restructuring, bankruptcy restructuring, or liquidation, providing legal opinions and representing clients in cases such as the bankruptcy liquidation of a financial institution and the restructuring of a large real estate company.
●Represented creditors in applying for bankruptcy liquidation or restructuring and participated in the entire bankruptcy process on behalf of creditors.
●Advised investors on the acquisition of non-performing assets in China and participation in bankruptcy restructuring, providing legal opinions and conducting due diligence.
Corporate Advisory and Compliance
●Provided legal advice to an asset management company on non-performing asset acquisition, recovery, and restructuring project investments; offered intellectual property-related legal services to a well-known internet technology company, including establishing an IP system, providing IP protection strategies, and representing clients in IP-related litigation; provided long-term legal advice on religious affairs compliance management to a prominent temple in Guangzhou; advised celebrities, artists, talent angency, and film production companies on copyright-related legal matters and dispute resolution.
