REPRESENTATIVE CASES

Jason has been attorney at law for 12 years, and has abundant working experiences, especially for assets disposal. Jason mainly handles legal affairs concerning finance of the top 4 assets management company in China and the banking institutions, (including loan recovery, examine of security for banking loan,) and handles legal affairs of assets management, (including due diligence, property recovery).

 

Jason has provided legal service for many real estate enterprises and groups to deal with real estate investment legal affairs (including real estate development, engineer, financing; assignment of land and house, mortgage; property management, etc.). In the meantime, Jason has provided legal services for state-owned enterprises to deal with enterprises reorganization in structural reform (including providing reorganization strategy, drafting reorganization scheme, completing reorganization documents, etc.

 

In addition, Jason also involved in other legal affairs, company merger and acquisition, bankruptcy liquidation, bidding and contract negotiation of big project, such as building engineer, real estate development, etc.
