● Provided legal counsel services to a government guidance fund and conducted due diligence on the private equity fund managers selected by it;
● Assisted a Chinese listed company in the recognition and enforcement of a CIETAC arbitral award, regarding its international trade disputes with a Tanzanian company, at the High Court of Tanzania;
