On January 30th,2018, the Guangdong Lawyers Association has announced “the Notice on Publishing the List of Foreign-related Law Firms in Guangdong Province” (Guangdong Law Society 〔2018〕 No.8). Guangdong Zhuoxin Law Firm successfully passed the appraisal and was one of the first law firms to be included in the Guangdong Foreign-related Law Firm Pool.

The foreign legal affairs department of Guangdong Zhuoxin Law Firm has accumulated rich theoretical knowledge and practical experience in many fields such as foreign investment, international trade, foreign-related intellectual property rights, international finance, overseas investment, foreign-related litigation and arbitration. During the long-term provision of foreign-related legal services, Zhuoxin has provided legal services to hundreds of well-known multinational corporations, financial institutions, Sino-foreign joint ventures and wholly foreign-owned enterprises. Zhuoxin also works with many embassies and consulates in China, and has established close cooperation relationships with many country’s chambers of commerce and well-known agencies. Zhuoxin has become the only member law firm in Guangzhou region that has been accepted by TAGLaw and Advoc, global affiliates of independent law firms.

At the same time, the team of foreign legal affairs department of Guangdong Zhuoxin Law Firm has a number of foreign-related legal professionals who are familiar with international rules and good at handling foreign-related affairs. Chen Jianbin, director of the law firm, acted as the head of foreign legal affairs department, was selected as in the Guangdong Leading Talent Pool of Foreign-related Lawyers. In addition, another 6 lawyers were also selected in the Guangdong Reserve Talent Pool of Foreign-related Lawyers.

The establishment of the Guangdong Foreign-related Law Firm pool will enable Zhuoxin to provide professional services to more enterprises and individuals who have needs for foreign-related legal service.
